CONSIDERATION: Investing in one’s home is a multi-faceted decision affecting everything from the most practical side of return on investment, to the emotional aspect of wanting a comfortable living space for your family. Once these parts of the equation have been added, the next step if likely working out a suitable budget.
PREPARING: Take your budget from the prior step and begin to think about your wants and needs. Typically this is an observational and collaborative exercise assessing the current and intended use of the space. Often, we have found, the most expensive accessory option isn’t always the best option in terms of performance. So, it is our experience that all options should be given equal consideration.
